We completed a 1200 Sq Ft ADU on the rear of an existing home. Efficiency and strategy was crucial to complete this project as there were tenants in the main home during the whole project timeline. The project consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room with low maintenance landscape.
