This Privacy Policy explains how Spearhead Construction ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit https://spearheadconstructionsd.com or contact us through this website. We are a licensed general contractor operating in San Diego County, California (CSLB License #1099643).

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us and what your browser reports automatically.

Information you submit. When you use our contact form or request a quote: your name, email address, phone number, project city, and whatever you tell us about the project (including approximate square footage and site conditions).
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, our analytics providers collect standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. No Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information or government IDs. Please do not send them through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and contractual record-keeping obligations for construction work in California. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
Request a copy of that information.
Request that we correct inaccurate information.
Request that we delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping exceptions.
